Here is some important info to know about Lose to Win:

  • Registration:

    • You can schedule a weigh in if you wish to save time

What is the cost?

Annual Fee – three account levels

(FEE will go down throughout the year since you won’t get to participate as long – see chart below)

  • Level One – $95 Includes:
    • Membership for all of 2023
    • Access to Facebook Group
    • Any meetups or challenges we MAY do
    • Access to monthly Zoom meetings
    • Access to previous Lose to Win educational videos with healthy lifestyle/weight loss tips, techniques, and other information
  • Level Two – $155 Includes:
    • EVERYTHING in Level One
    • 2 Body image scans ($60 value)
    • 2 cholesterol checks ($60 value)
    • Free blood pressure checks ($25 value)
    • Saturday weigh ins (invaluable!)
  • Level Three – $249 Includes:
    • EVERYTHING in Level One
    • EVERYTHING in Level Two
    • 2 one on one sessions with Joe to help create a plan for your journey
    • At home weigh-in option

How does the program work?

  • Monthly commitments
    • You choose which months you want to participate.  You make it work for you!  For example – you may know you will be traveling a considerable amount in June so you know you couldn’t make the weigh ins.  You would just take that month “off”.  You would still have access to all of your “perks” even in the months you take “off”.
    • $5 for each time you gain weight or miss a weigh in
      • Must keep credit card on file
      • One “freebie” per calendar month
        • Can you use your freebie if you miss a weigh in OR
        • Can you use your freebie if you gain weight
      • Choose each month if you want to participate
      • Net dollars from “pool” will be donated to a charity at the end of the year
      • If you have a BMI of less than 28 you may gain up to 1 pound in a week.  If you would like further explanation on this please ask.
    • Monthly ZOOM meeting
    • Facebook Group
    • Access to previous educational seminars hosted by Lose to Win
  • What if I don’t like the idea of $5 weigh ins?
    • For a one time $39 fee we can customize your goal/program
    • Goals will be weight based
    • Goal will have a dollar based “punishment” for not reaching the goal that we can decide upon together
    • Examples:
      • Set a goal to weigh X lbs at the end of each month
      • Set a goal to stay under X lbs at all times

Weigh In Calendars:

  • Weigh ins are weekly.
  • We will announce each month how the month will end and the next will begin!
